This. There's a small 3 tip or 5 tip diffuser all the way under the trunk, and it can only be seen if you're basically laying on the ground. If you can see it standing up, it's aftermarket.
If you see lots of fins on your car then it's aftermarket. The s4play diffuser is fairly common and looks like the vortex generator you see on the roof of Evos.
