Nav Screen Displaced?

Nav Screen Displaced?
Problem with 2014 is250 F-Sport:
Not sure if anyone has the same problem as I'm having atm. The best way to describe it is if I'm listening to Satellite Radio, the channels won't show up bc the nav menu is stuck on "FM" menus instead. It also happens when I listen to my music thru my smartphone bluetooth. Instead of showing on the nav screen what song / artist is playing at the moment, it stays stuck on a Pandora song (Stronger by Kayne West to be precise) it's been stuck like that for a couple days now.
It just seems like a major lag/lock. The songs play just fine but screen-wise it doesn't match to what is ACTUALLY playing. Is there a way to reset the Nav, some type of reboot that might help since it may be a major glitch? Anyone else having this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
