Default Leather or Suede interior

Just curious how many people have ALCANTARA (MY BAD) compared to leather interior.

This option is also subjective to year. I prefer the leather over the suede for longevity but I like the look of the suede better.

I sold my 2011 ISF to put some money away before our baby was born, but miss it so much. Found a few ISF's for sale locally with suede. Salesman could have sold a car that day, but I wasn't too keen on the suede after already having the white leather. Guess I'll wait it out until I can make a decision.

I'm in the market for an IS F, but also am concerned about the alcantara interior... I'm worried that it would fade, flatten, and how I would keep it clean?

In the obsidian black (later years, i have '12) you did not have a choice, you got black alcantara leather.

I would not worry about the fading and durability. Its pretty tough stuff and I have grown to like it more than the standard leather. At first I hated it. Now, I love it.

As for the care, its a pain in *** to clean, but it does not get dirty fast either...There are whole web sites that explain how to clean and treat alcantara.

I'm only looking for a 2011-2012 UltraSonic Blue, all I see is the Alpine Leather and Alcantara... My previous car was a '02 is300 with the full leather interior and never had an issue with it.
