Caring for the IS-F's alpine interior?
I'm a bit confused as to how to care and condition my white leather seats in my IS F, and keep them looking new for as long as possible. I'm pretty sure the process is not the same as it is with black leather seats.
Could anyone shine some light on this?

All the product recommendations are nice and all but I'd like someone with some experience cleaning our white leather seats to chime in. None of what you guys are posting is white-leather specific... I'm afraid these products are going to stain the seats.

I have the two tone leather seats on my F. Leatherique works well on our seats. Just make sure you clean it regularly because they stain easy especially if you wear jeans. Get some leather scrubbing brushes to get tough stains out. I use Zaino Z10 for conditioning my leather.

I would encourage you to learn about the difference between a leather conditioner and a leather protectant. A protectant is more important with light/white colored leather. Stains from jeans, and any spills, cosmetics i.e. lipstick, and ink will be all but impossible to remove from unprotected leather.
Check out Leather Masters products and perhaps do a search at Autopia.org for more info from leather experts there, particularly look at posts from judyb, who is in the business.
I've maintained ivory leather for several years with LM products and swear by them.
