To the OP, do you drive with the sunroof opened? That could be the problem.

I've used all iPhone generations on two different ISFs and never had a problem with BT calls, try pairing a different phone than the one you have and test it, that way you can discard the phone or the car.

Do you know specifics years? Mine is 08 so Im guessing bluetooth music streaming is only available 2010+?

Yes, BT audio works on my 2012. Not sure of earlier models.
