I know we all enjoy seeing higher max power output (I'm guilty of it too), but I would be happy with gains across the RPM range even if it doesn't result in peak power increase. There's no point in having a ton of power if you don't have enough gear/revs to use it.

Hopefully, it isn't ridiculously priced as we all expect Novell to be based on their other ISF offerings. I'd definitely be down for a trip to Houston once a stable setup is released.

The plan is to keep budget in mind and possibly release multiple options for different levels of builds/tuning needs

Aweome, as I'm sure others have offered, if you need another R&D car let me know. I just got some Sikky headers I'm going to need installed.

while it's admirable that costs will be considered, this still will be quite expensive. while it might not be the exact same ecu, proefi pro128 costs about 2k. the cheapest version, proefi pro 48 is about 1k and only will drive 4 injectors. add tuning on top of that, we're in the same ball park as the japanese solution.

It opens availability to turbo / supercharge , as well as other upgrades. As well, once you have the ECU, you don't have to re buy it each time you upgrade and have to re tune.

So it's not the same as the Japanese solution, because they aren't offering what the ProEFI can do.
