My buddy just left . He has a new Mustang GT and said he has had throttle controller on almost all of his cars. I want this. He did say that the intitialization steps are a bit odd, although not hard. He said all of the others he has seen or had are very simple plug and play. We went over install steps and it looks pretty simple. If I can do this anyone can .

Like many have mentioned here, its a great, simple and effective mod. You dont have to be so heavy footed anymore as its so repsonsive (pending what mode youre in). My only gripe is i start work very early so its generally pitch black and i sometimes hit the button to wipe that turns on the jet to wash my headlights lol vs the Apexi button. First world problems i know haha.
It is the first button i press though. Regularly changing between purple and red but yes its a great mod and worth the price and more :-)

so i'm assuming from reading this thread that since this increases throttle response, would it also increase fuel economy just cause you'd be more tempted to punch it more? I don't think it changes the fuel map or anything like that, cause i used to have the VAFC on my integra back in the day and i could do that on the fly. Would an SAFC work for the ISF or help at all with performance? might be a dumb question but i have to ask lol

Mines been working great for about 5 months until today. Started flashing white for no reason, hadnt pressed a thing etc. Couldnt turn it on or off. Anyway pulled everything apart, reconnected and had to recalibrate again.
I calibrated as per how i did initially so im sure i did it right and know i can change to red, purple etc however now it doesnt flash. It used to flash when i purple mode but now it doesnt and maybe ive just gotten use to it but it doesnt feel like its working right.
Anyone else had this problem where it doesnt flash when accelerating in purple or other boost modes (never flashed in red). If so, how did you fix it. Do i need to recalibrate it and if so, im guessing to do that i need to unplug it again :-(
