Installed the KW v3 coil-overs on my 2010 ISF, I must say, they completely transform the car. Once in a while you see the post about what should be your first mod, get some good coilovers, it is an absolute must for 2008-10, shame on Lexus for such a crappy suspension on the early model years. I can’t believe that I put out with the low ride quality for so long. I chose KWs as my car will never see the track. I have been only messing with the ride height, not touching the other two adjustments.
I did the installation myself, not bad, that was my first suspension install, top hats little tricky but not bad.

M4 GTS uses KW Club Sport suspension... (But, the spring rates are about as stiff as KW V3 for M4)
The below is the suggested damper settings for M4 GTS on street... (I got them from a M4 forum )
Ride height 624mm front, 631mm rear
Rebound 6 clicks front, 7 clicks rear (16 is the softest)
Low speed compression 3 clicks front, 2 clicks rear (6 is the softest)
High speed compression 6 clicks front, 7 clicks rear (14 is softest) <<<< KW V3 doesn't have this... So, you can skip it.
The below is the track setting for M4 GTS...
Rebound 4 clicks front, 4 clicks rear (16 is the softest)
Low speed compression 2 clicks front, 1 clicks rear (6 is the softest)
High speed compression 6 clicks front, 9 clicks rear (14 is softest) <<<< KW V3 doesn't have this... So, you can skip it.
Hope it helps... (Your car could be different)

The below is my setting for my GSF's FIGS Ohlins DFV 16/12K.
Rebound(mainly) & low speeding compression in only one setting: 8 clicks front,12 clicks rear (32 is the softest) which is different but not very different than the street setting for M4 GTS, I think... (I set my dampers before knowing M4 GTS setting)
My setting is stiffer but I think it's reasonable as my Ohlins is already 2 year and 20K mile old... (2 years ago, the setting was 1-2 click softer)
I also lower my tire pressure from 36F/36R to 32F/30R to get some comfort back... (Both my wife and I are 50 something office staff...)

If you want the deep dive, go here: http://farnorthracing.com/index.html
This starts with measuring your chassis and goes all the way through modeling the suspension, determining natural frequency, and setting up the car to perform at championship level.
