There's many threads on this site describing the gains from just what you're asking. Attached are a couple of Dyno charts:
The first chart, not mine, shows a progression (different Fs from stock to Sikky headers, intake and exhaust). The second, mine, shows my F with PPE headers, intake, modified stock exhaust with hi-flow cats and for comparison a friends's F with PPE headers JoeZ exhaust and no cats.

Here is my latest dynograph comparing my car with SIKKY Headers and Borla exhaust (no tune/no intake) vs a Stock IS-F. Runs were done the same day on the same dyno.
Also this one is for you Lou. I've updated my overlay to include my current setup. Keep in mind that temps, engine mileage, dyno conditions, etc are variables that the dyno correction can't always account for, but the graph will give folks the big picture, just don't judge it too closely. For instance the stock graph has a dip in the upper rpms. I'm sure this is a result of the heat and the engine pulling timing. Also the difference between the JoeZ exhaust and Borla with headers is most likely nearly identical if the conditions were the same.
Also removed the AFE dry filter dyno graph as it was just a test and did not produce any power.

From what I've been seeing/reading, on the same dyno before/after either set of headers with either cat-back exhaust will provide about the same kind of result. At least in the same ballpark within a variation of misc dynos being different. I haven't seen specifics worth mentioning that a certain cat-back vs a certain set of headers would be the optimal setup.

the shop that my good friends own picked up a dyno earlier today. My F is getting dropped off tomorrow to have the sikky headers installed, so I hope to have a dyno plot with drop in filter, joeZ intake elbow, sikky headers, and ISS Forged DES exhaust shortly after the new year.
