Broken Radiator After Headers Installed
I would only do OEM with our cars. Unless you are doing a Koyo or fluidyne. I put in an aftermarket radiator in my TL, from a company above and when I pull hills now it heats up, and never did this before
Stick with OEM

I'm looking at the Koyo radiator now, but wondering if it's going to be better than OEM hmm..
Do you guys know if it's just going to be plug and play like the oem one? Do you think it's going to be better?

After talking to Figs I'm going to go for the Koyo because they usually are an upgrade to the OEM.
He said "I am not sure, it all depends on how they did the cores and caps. Usually KOYO is an upgrade because the upper and lower caps are aluminum as well."

Hmm wow this is quit intriguing.. Mine did the same thing after install and I though I was a rare case.. I tried to contact tech who installd mine from lexus, not even trying to point blame and he would return my calls..I think we are on to something I wonder what was done in the install to cause this type of failure? hoses and components still connected and motor being raised?..hmmm
...now after my $1000 dollars im pretty interested to further invesigate, so same does not happen to others.

I think there is a little confusion here regarding Koyo radiator. Koyo makes multiple variations of radiators for a given model. Koyo offers OEM replacement units with the plastic end tanks which may be better or worse then the OEM core. Koyo also offers performance radiators which will be the ones with the aluminum end tanks. For there performance radiators they offer upgraded cores with additional rows for some applications.
I think that what you have been referring (also added a link) to is the Koyo OEM replacement series and that may or may not be better then the OEM part. Traditionally Koyo does make very good OEM replacement radiators and they are also an OEM supplier for some vehicles. If I where to choose an OEM replacement it would likely be from Koyo.
Replacing the endtank also works well if the job is done correctly. I have had this done and actually done this myself in the past. I'm not sure about the ISF radiator but typically the plastic end tank (16441 in the parts diagram in the OP) is sealed with a rubber gasket (16442 in the parts diagram) and held in place by aluminum tabs in the core that fold over the end tank to keep it snug to the side of the core.
