I think I want a 2013 Mustang GT..... What is everyone thoughts? I test drove one today, it sure isn't an ISF but I liked it. I really enjoyed driving stick again.

Your crazy. Unless your adding it to your collection, mustangs are dime a dozen. I traded my camaro ss for my F because of that exact reason. At least get a 13 gt 500 instead, less will be on the road.

I would definitely hop on one if I had the cash and it was a second car. Wouldn't get it as my primary car though, especially over an IS-F!

Love the power and the sound of the Mustangs for the price!

Dollar per hp I would get the 2013 gt 500 same price for an extra 100hp.

Yes you're crazy. Although one thing I have to say is if you get ANY 2nd car, it should be a manual. I have a 1990 BMW 325i...not anywhere near as fast as the IS F...but it's fun as hell to drive! And cheap as hell to fix when things go bad!

EDIT: BTW...are you asian? WTF...asian in a Mustang?

LOL!

My cousins are from Texas...they don't speak any Vietnamese, so when they're near my grandma, my grandma thinks they're speaking another language when we speak english because she says it sounds so different. They're asian with HEAVY Texas accents

This thread just became the Korean connection, lol. I'm black/Korean. The 100 hp was the difference between the ZL1 camaro and GT 500. My other cars are silverado, 65 mustang, and 69 camaro ss.

I test drove the new mustang and though if was fun it was still a mustang. They wanted 37k for it and its just sort boring in the looks dept. I was already doing up grades in my mind during the test.

When I went to drive the F I was woooow this is a Lexus and its fast! It's really like a complete package. Win win

:I just wished my rear seats would fold down:

American Muscle V8's sure are fun! Gobs of torque down low.

The 5.0 Coyote motor is wonderful and Ford did a hell of a job on it. (Even though the 6spd transmissions are made in China and are always breaking)

You will have to understand that (am I'm sure you do) the IS-F and Mustang GT are different type of cars. Out of the box the IS-F is a 4 door that is set up for the race track, while the GT is a pony car. I could see you cross shopping the IS-F with an M3 or possibly an S4. (I still don't get why people here cross shop GT-R's with our car)

If you are trading the IS-F straight up for the GT, I would say double think your decision. However if it will be a secondary car, then go for it! Life is too short to just be stuck with one car. Experience them all!
