Update is I got an Audi C5 A6 for winter lol. ISF drives gd, just that it starts in second gear with the cel, so I guess permanent winter mode? I need to find a shop gd with electricals to fix it for me. If I can find the specifications on what the simulator should be outputting, then I can give it to em and they'll just come up with something? Since from what I gather, the O2 simulator is just a resistor?

 

Update, My electrical engineering frd did some testing and said it has to be the simulator, so I sent it back, and they're sending me a new one now......hopefully everything will get resolved with this
