When I first got the CEL, I got it checked and it was the low voltage for both o2 sensors, which led me to the o2 simulator, since the o2 sensors shouldn't be sending a signal to the ecu anymore.

My install guy was getting the low voltage reading. Turns out I was blowing a fuse cause of the passenger side o2sensor was touching-shorting. Prolly not the cause of your CEL but thought I would share just in case.

Which specific fuse? I remember pulling all of them out to check before and found nothing.

It's the A/F fuse on the driver side engine block.

So I used an odb2 reader and I got an extra code

P2241 bank2 sensor 1
P0136
P0137
P0156
P0157
I didn't hv the sensor 1 error before, I'm guess it's from the rubbing?

Is the bank 2 the passenger side or the drivers side?

I think it'll still be best to resolve the sensor 2 first, since the sensor 1 is brand new, so I at least know it's not faulty.

Anyway to test the 'voltage' on the Sensor 1 and compare with what it should be?

So here's the update, I tried using vampire taps instead just like the pictures on page 1, since i'm out of ideas. And it did make a difference! except now it says the voltage is high . So what does that mean? When i went to canadian tire to buy those taps, there were blue and red ones, i bought the blue since it matched the picture, should i try red?

I also tried inspecting the bank 2 sensor 1, and it is very close to the car but not touching, like everything on the header. I tried just moving the wire with my hand a little. Then now I'm getting more errors that say it is rich?

Would changes to sensor 1 and 2 affect each other? Or can I attack them separately no problem?

So I know why the ecu complains about the voltage being too high, it is because the voltage no longer drops back down to 0, it stays at a constant 1.35. Does this mean the simulator is broken? Where can I get another one? JE Import Performance doesn't respond to me.

^^^^Contact PPE, they will supply you with one. The cost is around $100.00.

So I had my frd looked at the wiring done by myself with the vampire taps, and basically it was at high voltage because the wire wasn't thick enough to be penetrated by the taps. He redid the wiring for me and it seems to work.......Until I go driving the car hard.

I'm getting a P0137 and P0156 now.
PO137 Oxygen O2 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 1, Sensor 2)
P0156 Sensor Circuit Malfunction, Bank 2 Sensor 2

So both sides seem to have different errors........Is the g force on the o2 simulator moving it enough that it's causing those errors? Or is the 3 way wiring not twisted evenly enough that it's giving different errors for each sensor?

Another thing to note is that driving home before my frd redid the wiring I was also getting
P0607 Control Module Performance

The more you try to fix your car, the more codes you get. As I said before it's time to take the car to the dealer and get the problem resolved. You may end up damaging some electronics on your car if you continue trying things on your own, at this point it's evident that you have no clue about what you're doing to fix your car.

I didn't want to be quite so direct, but Juanca is right. You're way over your head here.

Eoph,

any updates?

Winter is right around the corner, and an ISF without traction control is a recipe for disaster in Calgary.
