Just wanted to drop a quick introduction. Just bought my '08 IS-F 2 weekends ago and love every second of it. I have been following these cars since they were in "talks" at Lexus but I finally got around to buying one of my own. The car has 69,900 miles on it and still feels day 1. I know alot of you would say this is high mileage, but I disagree. My 99 GS300 was a testament to those engineers at lexus. Also have a 2006 GS430 in the family. Hope to learn alot from you guys, some of you guys have some real nice F's also. Look forward to meeting some of ya'll.
Also in my stable is a 2002 Ford SVT Lightning and a 2007 Kawasaki ZX6-R.
Congrats on the F! Glad you're enjoying her! One of my buddies also has a Red Lightning, and those things are pretty darn fast, much more than I anticipated the first time I rode in one.
Could the rims being on the wrong side make the car pull slightly right? I'd tend to believe no but it's worth a shot. I have read about the caster brackets and aligning the subframe which I will be tending to next week. Thanks guys
