Mobil 1 5w-30. You can see my results with 12k mile OCI in the Blackstone thread.

The Supra always gets Red Line 10w-30. Turbo engines are hard on oil.

Lubuxracer: you changed out your filter though at the 6k mark, right? How much oil came out from the filter housing?

You don't want to feed your body with fast food and fat, so treat your ISF the same!

So it seems Mobil 1 is the best option. Nobody really stated weather its alright to mix that with Shell gasoline....

Dont matter what combo of oil and gasoline you use.

As far as gas, cant go wrong with Shell, 76, or Chevron.

Actually our IS-F motor takes 9.8 Qts w/ new filter.... Probably closer to 9.5 Qts if you don't wait for the slow stream of oil to stop when draining..

10.5 quarts is an overfill for sure....

BG synthetic oil is the only oil that will ever go into any of my engines. http://www.steffysgarage.com/downloads/BGChart.pdf it is the only oil too pass the very chalanging tfout test.

Royal Purple, as I understand, was causing 350/370Z engines issues. I used Redline with my 370Z when I had her. The big debate on the 370Z forum was Mobil 1 or Redline. Redline won out being the better buy.

Does anyone use Redline? Is it worth paying more for it than the Mobile 1? I think the Z06s come with Mobil 1 standard.....

Default Two Thumbs Up For Mobil 1

I use Mobil 1 0w-40 even though it hasn't been really cold enough to benefit from the cold-flow characteristics of this oil.
