Its an alright deal..... carmax are always about $3k higher on their "NO HAGGLE PRICING" to soak up their overhead. If you do wind up getting her be sure to look at the MFG date to be sure if you can still get a extended warranty but before the 4 years are up?

That car looks really nice. And if you do get that car and want a stock exhaust, I can trade you mine+$$ for that Joe Z.
FWIW, when I got my used ISF at a local dealer I was able to work into my deal to have them swap out all of my mods for free. All they cared about was that I had all of the stock stuff since they want everything they sell to be stock. So they did all of the labor on coilovers, swaybars and endlinks, short-shifter, turboback, and something else I can't remember right now. Easily a few hundred bucks of labor.
Also, I got a high-mileage ISF (~50k miles) but was able to get a 4-year/48-month full coverage warranty on it. So that gave me piece of mind that I have coverage until ~100k miles and I saved a ton of money compared to other lower-mileage options. But this car was also white which I loved, and I couldn't find any other whites nearby.

No lexus Dealer is going to give you $25K on any 2008 IS350 not in 2012.
Makes much more sense to me - to sell your mods separately you'll make some $$ to put towards the F ...instead of just basically giving them to the dealer.
Performance parts sell fast (wheels - you always get low balled on) but intakes, springs, exhausts, sway bars, lights, etc - you almost always find someone else looking to get them used.
if you know how to take them off and are handy like that then you make out-- if not then it will not be worth it for the labor you'd pay to get them off..
its worth learning how to work a ratchet--lol ya know
