I highly doubt the ECU is cracked, they will probably use a stancdalone ECU like a HKS F-CON if they want to do it properly

Hopefully the production piping looks better than the back yard special in those pictures.

This probably costs about $15K and uses the HKS F Con V Pro as a piggy back to the factory ECU.
