Are these taillights tinted?
Not sure if it's the lighting but the tail lights seem tinted just slightly to me. Anybody know if it is?
If yes, know if it's spray or film and what level?

yea it's been lightly painted. not sure what level though. you can just ask clark of vip autosalon since it's his car.
