Default This just happened...

After putting gas at Chevron, my VSC light, Check engine light and traction control light came on! What caused these warning lights to turn on? Is there a reset switch that I can push to reset the warning signs or a fuse maybe that I can pull out? Please advice! Thank you so much...

That happens if you did not close the gas lid correctly. I don't know how to fix that, but I'm sure your dealer will do it at no charge. Honest mistake.

Same thing happened when I tried using my TRD gas cap off my old is300. Turn car off, screw gas cap on til it clicks, restart. Ecu will reconfigure itself. No need to reset ecu.

Problem solved! Took it to the dealer at 0700 this morning and had their technician reset the ECU or whatever they did. The problem occurred when they detailed the car last Wednesday and the detailers sprayed the engine bay with water and some the wires got wet setting the the warning signs off. Thank goodness for the warranty Thanks fellas...

Default Reset ECU

This happened all the time on my RX. My daughter would not tighten the gas cap. And it would throw all of the lights. Within a few miles of the gas station.

On the RX you can just pull the fuse to reset the ECU. Wait a few minutes. And the lights would clear.

Wow, they sprayed your engine bay with water? I know it's not harmful but in the almost 3 years of driving it daily in rain, shine, snow, salt, etc. My engine bay is almost immaculate still. Just some light dust but nothing to warrant hosing down the engine bay. What are you doing with your IS-F? Off-roading?
