Default IS Comparison

Hey fellas, got a question for you experts.
Is the ISF bigger than the IS?
If so, what's difference in length and width?

Everything you want to know is here:

and here:

The F is longer, wider, and lower.

No, it isn't. My IS350 weighed 3620 with nav and lux package. My IS F weighed 3742 with nav and parking options and about the same amount of fuel. The V-8 weighs more and has 24 more lbs of oil in it, the brake discs are a LOT heavier (28 lbs a piece in the front), the rest is incremental. 122 lbs for another 110 hp isn't too bad at all.

Guys, do you ever wish the ISF was more different looking than the IS? We know the difference but many others don't.

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. My 350 (modded, of course) gets mistaken for an ISF all the time.

The only thing I dont love about the ISF is the hood, I wish they would have done some kind of hood scoop, or something like the M3.

I think the ISF is just fine the way it is...if you take a look at the M3 and C63 they are different from the 335 and C350 in that it has:

Different Hood (ISF has this)
Different Front Bumper (ISF has this)
Different Fenders (ISF has this)
Different Rear Bumper (ISF has this)
Different Exhaust Look (ISF has this)
Different Wheels (ISF has this)
Custom Badging (ISF has this)

Don't know what else you could change to distinguish yourself from an IS350...any more differences and it might be a totally different model

Hey Lance

How do you figure? I weighed a 5 qt jug of Pennzoil Ultra - Weight 9 lbs. So 1.8 lbs per qt. IS350 holds 6 qts, F holds 10 qts. 4 X 1.8 = 7.2 lbs. So, F must have only 7.2 more lbs. of oil than a 350.
