Default Bluetooth Mystery - ML & NAV

Randomly, last week my bluetooth audio ceased to produce sound(only). iPhone 11 Pro - USB Audio provides sound, radio, cd all produce sound. Although track/album data appears when connected to Bluetooth and it appears the song(s) are playing there is no sound to accompany it. Tried a buddies phone, same issue, so it appears isolated to the car itself. Tried removing and pairing the phones I had programmed, toggling vehicle/portable player settings. The only thing left is to maybe disconnect the battery...unless there's a menu somewhere to reset the nav/radio.

I did just replace the rear 8" sub with the MBquart but Bluetooth was working post-install so doubting that had any impact.

Any thoughts/suggestions?

Hmmm - odd. I assume you tried raising volume on the phone itself too?

yup, disconnected all bluetooth, removed my ELM 327 / OBD Fusion dongle and did so out of range of any other bluetooth devices.
