Stumbled across an interesting find today. I have a Galaxy Note 2 (android 4.1) for a phone connected to my Nav system (still on 8000) through bluetooth. I was tinkering with the EQ in my Google Play app and turned it off by mistake and suddenly the sound quality improved drastically. I could actually hear the output from the factory sub (not ML system), which I would usually only hear through the satellite radio.

I turned it on and off a few times to confirm it was repeatable and it was. Anyone running a droid with Google play app should give it a shot and see if it helps your audio on bluetooth.

 

I just discovered this on the iPhone 5s. Will have to try it out in my car soon
