Grom TOYNU3 with Bluetooth issue/question
On my 2005 ML with MarkL audio, I've installed the Grom TOYNU3 which reads USB drives and added the Bluetooth accessory as well as the aux/charger (which rules for charging the phone when using it for NAV).
Everything works as expected (although I did get thrown by the USB directory structure requirements).
Here's my issue:
The USB plays as long as there is no audio coming from the Bluetooth (BT) channel. So, you connect your phone via BT and if you've paused the phone, the USB audio kicks in. The real issue with this is, the BT volume is much much lower than the USB. So you've got your phone's BT level cranked up and the car's radio volume cranked up, just to get reasonable volume and if you stop your phone's audio, the USB audio comes in and blows your ears off.
Anyone experience this and did you find any kind of work around? Maybe there is a level setting on the BT receiver?
Thanks,
AN
