The Injen was just released two weeks ago..I know there was a lot of prelaunch hype and perhaps they held back production while the economy settled down. So not sure how many will have it yet.

Damn snow here again is holding up the summer tire swap.
If you guys want me to post up the GB now I can do that, I just thought the data would provide some guidance on which direction to go.

Actuall, it would not hurt to post the group purchase pricing for both intakes, as when the results are in, we will be ready to make a decision.

 

GB prices for 5 person min ea. Add your name to the intake list. and we will keep this open. If I get more than 10 in a column then I can lower it further. Also if the dyno results put you in a different camp, that is fine too, you can swap. I will try to get some g results ASAP and then dyno numbers shortly after. Summer tires are on now so I should be able to do some prelim testing tomorrow.

Fig, I am definitely interested in the Takeda, but in post 26, you mentioned that it would be less than $280.00 shipped to the lower 48 states, so I am a little confused with the pricing posted?

 

Sorry I guess I was confused myself and thought he was talking about the Injen. That is what I get for posting too much from my phone. If you got the Takeda for $280, that is below my cost. I am really not making too much margin here, less that 10% so trying to bring you guys the best price based on what I can get them for.

Got my injen shipped from auto anything for $267. azlowrider helped me install it... i really like the way the injen gives the car a different sound.. i could hear the F taking in more air. Could be because the injen filter is bigger than the Takeda filter. I like it but still have not dynod. when i accelerate i could hear a deeper sound. Looks great also

 

Loking forward to the independent dynos of these two intakes?
