Default My mileage range display has disappeared...

As the title states, my mileage range display that displays the range of miles left has disappeared, and nothing is displayed anymore. I can still go through the promps for the TPMS and AFS, and such. Does anyone know how to get it back, or is it most likely a deffect, such as a short in the system?

Nice pic, anyone know if it is possible to keep the F on in the display, and if so how do you do it?

It will only display the F in manual mode.
