The steering wheel "menu" button (icon of three overlapping pages) will bring up
your choice of home page in the Driver Information Center "DIC". The factory
default was MPG. Scroll around the various screens and if you would prefer
for example "Miles to Empty" to appear first you would answer the pictured question
with a Yes! The long pressed button BTW was the Menu button itself. You move to
the Yes answer with the square 4-way pad and then select Yes with the White Dot
button.
