WTF!!! Who would really want to steal some ISF tips. They must have had patience to remove them because other members have said that they are a PITA to take off...

It's not a PITA to remove, it can be done with a 10mm angled wrench....

Considering it's worth $200+ per side I guess desperate thieves will take anything! Few people know but the 997 Porsche front fog/bumper lense can be removed with simply a credit card! (don't ask me how I know..haha)

See this thread, I'm pretty sure the titanium tips you mention are in that thread somewhere:

MSRP is $355 each...

The top two bolts are not easy to get to with the mufflers in the way...
Very, very time consuming..

There are NO real Titantium tips for the IS-F just yet...

Just the OEM ones or ones that have been painted with a smoked clear or transparent blue clear finish..

Just a thought:

ISSForged, makes a replacement exhaust system for the F that utilizes it's own tips. You may want to contact ISSForged or one of it's customers, to see if someone with this exhaust is willing to sell their stock tips.

Look here for info:

here's the whole story. Only 1 tip was stolen, and JUST the tip, not the assembly. However, the dealership wants $500CDN for the whole assembly, and its ONLY the tip itself that's missing. I'd rather get some sort of upgrade out of this. Should I buy the blue lems ones? Or can I get just a tip somewhere?
