can any one post some idea on which part I should remove to replace light bulbs(low&high beam)?

I know it's not very hard job, but i want get some idea since I have seen some CL members had hard time to replace bulbs on their ISF.

its pretty simple. for the passenger side u need to move the airbox out of the way to access the panels to the bulbs. the driver side is easy, just remove the washer fluid tube and u have access to both panels. to get the panels off u have to pull those thin metal bars to one side and the panel can be removed. u will see the bulb connector and just twist and they should come out. connect ur new bulb to the connector and ur pretty much set. now follow the direction in reverse to get everything back together. its almost the same as the ISX50 faq/DIY for newcomers.
