Default Wheel lug nut torque specs?
Anyone know the correct torque for the lug nuts? I couldn't find it in the manual if it is there at all. Thanks in advance!

76 ft-lbs. It's printed in the manual. It's also true for all four and five bolt Toyota products except the Landcruiser since 1998 and the Lexus equivalents.

What about aftermarket wheels/lug nuts? Should we tight them harder?

No. It only changes if you change the studs.
