MicaISF

are you talking about the 3rd brake light on the top rear windshield?

exactly.

i can buy the parts online for ~ $400. i am sure at least minor modification is required, but i am not sure if i need a new ballast or anything else. the LS 3rd brake light is higher and more visible and also much slimmer than ours.

^^ But I don't think you can squeeze those 3 pieces in cleanly, into an IS-F rear windshield and/or roof edge space..

Wow... never heard of anyone wanting to mod the third brake light.. but I say go for it. It'll be unique and creative for sure.

It will look nice if you remove ISF's 3rd brake light. I guess.

I like the LS 460 brake light a lot as well, but it sounds quite difficult to mod it onto another car...

Default Not trying to thread jack!!!

Joe,
Is there a place where you can get the shop manual for the F? The reason I ask is because of the illustration you have for the 460.

As I have been reading how to mod this or that over the past year I have had my F, I have been wondering how you all get into the various parts of the car without breaking those plastic tabs that are on so many of the parts.
