Just got my IS-F used, can't find the wheel lock adapter...Did the car come with one new? Anyone have a good source besides the dealer?

it should come with one. i remember when i bought my car it didn't have one in the trunk and i told the dealer about it. they suppose to supply u with one for free. if u happen to lost it thats a different story. make sure u have the pouch with all the tools.

 

Did you buy it used from a Lexus Dealer? I'd be sure to double check where the space where the spare tire is, all the pockets in the tool pouch and the glovebox. If you still can't find it, I'd personally bring it to a Lexus dealer to have it resolved. Just tell them what happened and they should be responsive.

 

Do have the tool kit...btw what are the tiny tools in the middle for? Did the adapter come in the pouch...my GS430 had one in a small separate pouch.

 

the dealer has master keys they can get the wheels off!

 

if its a used is f, make sure its not in the trunk compartment near the spare tire. they shouldve replaced it if it was not there. should be next to the jack and tire replacing components...hope the f is everything you wanted in a drive!

 

Thanks...took tire out and don't see it...car is insane; can't believe the performance and hope the reliability is much better than an m3 or any exotic that might come close...all this and high 20s on the highway...

Bought car from Germain Cadillac in Columbus Oh, they have two Lexus dealerships in town but said they gave me the best deal they could and can't give me an adaptor,they are sending me a quote on price. Sad, since this is the second car I have bought from them.
