Had some time today. Painted them flat black

 

Turned out dope status.........


What was the process?

 

Words cannot describe the excellence; flat black matches very well with paint.

BTW, what kind of tape did you use to re-stick the emblems? The double sided tape that I bought was 3m, with red backing and gray.. But they were definitely thicker than the OEM tape, and from the side you can see a gap and the tape. It's not noticeable but if you look for it you can see it.. That's the only part I don't like about mine.

 

Hmmm... I was thinking of just debadging the F's and putting ISF as my plate

 

I used clear 3m double sided tape with red backing. It worked very well

 

Not bad at all......

 

That is HAWT!! I love black emblems on a black car. Have it on my 2GS

 

turned out great.....^^^^^^ B on B does match very well

 

You will have to fill in the holes left behind and paint over it Too much work if you ask me!
