DIY: IS-F front brake pads

Gentlemen,
My Front Caliper Piston rubber gaskets are eaten up.
Some looked bubbled and others are starting to rip and tear off.
Firstly is it safe to drive like this? (currently it's been fine, no noise or issues in braking)
Secondly, can I get this fixed? i.e. replace the rubber gaskets on all 12 pistons on the front brake caliper?

Yes looking at the dust boot covers in google that is the part that's tearing off.
So is this something easy the dealership can fix?
is it a simple DIY I can do?

I'm experiencing the pad rattle others have mentioned.
The spring clip design is bad. There is a taper where it touches the pad.
Why did they do that, we shall never know.
As the pad wears, it will push harder against the clip (the deeper taper) and the rattle will probably lessen.
But brand new pads are going to rattle like crazy every time the rotor changes direction or the car goes over small bumps.
This sucks!
So far, all I can do is put extra grease on the edges of the pads to dampen the shifting impact.
May have to get that red goo that almost rubberizes when it dries for the edges.
Are there any aftermarket clips available? I know RR makes titanium ones but not sure if they fixed this area.
Using Project Mu NS400 and it's not the pad design as I just compared to OEM and it's the exact same size on the edges AND the area where the clip makes contact, in either direction.

Epic DIY.
Just used this to change my pads. Question for you guys though:
I had the reservoir cover off for one side when i was pushing the pistons in. I mistakingly put it back on and forgot and when I pushed the pistons in.
Did I just create a problem for myself? Or can I look past it? Just want to see if I have to bleed the brakes or not for introducing air (not sure if I did) into the system or bleed it for whatever other reason. Thanks CL fam!

Awesome thanks for your your input Mike. I bedded the pads in last night and braking feels good, just wanted to make sure.
I don't think that would do any harm.. I just went through the same scenario this week.. Tuesday evening, I lifted the reservoir cover when I removed my old pads (which literally fell apart on my way home from work!). I then closed it off when I was done for the evening & planned to install new pads the next day.. I had to push some pistons in to fit the new pads, but didn't open the reservoir cover.. The brakes feel fine.

It won't make any difference at all if the reservoir cover is on or off.
