in the mornings when i start the car up, the car roars. And then like 30seconds to 1 minute later the car just get hella quiet all of a suden like its a base is350. is this normal? i mean i understand it should be loud at startup when its cold but as little as 30 seconds sometimes faster it gets hella quiet.

Happens to me all the time in Chicago. When its really cold my car sounds like a beast at startup. I think it just revs higher to warm the car up quicker. Not sure if that's on purpose or not though.

Like its been said before, it's just the engine warming up and getting all the fluids flowing again after a cold time sitting 
I've only noticed it a few days here since the weather down here is still close to 80 most days (except this weekend)
