Welcome to CL and congrats on your IS F. $53K....I highly doubt OTD. The big question is, how much was your negotiated price before TTL, down, trade and etc.

It has NAV for sure. See the backup camera?
Western Region mainly has ML/NAV allocation only. Once in a blue moon, Nav only will find its way through.
