Default Which brakepads have little no dust or brake squeal?

Hi everyone,

Just wondering which brake pads you recommend with little to no brake dust and no brake squeals at low speed? I have centric posi quiet and they are FAR from quiet and dust like MAD.

I've heard Z23/Z26pads are low dust but haven't tried them yet.

I'm running them on the GS F and IS F. They're OK for cheap pads, but don't have anything near the initial bite of more expensive options. They last a very long time.

That seems to be the consensus. Did you go with the 23 or 26? With the 26 I worry about the increased change of noise from the steel backing plates.

Z26. They are quiet and have been working fine with Figs (RB) two piece rotors.

Z23 on the GS F with rotors from Rock Auto. Also working fine.

They'd both be better with more initial bite, but that usually costs rotor life.

After getting my wheels replaced years ago due to the pitting problem with the metallic OE pads, I found these which work great, low noise, very low dust... and the dust they do make is not corrosive to the wheels.
