Default P0138 O2 Sensor High Voltage

P0138 popped up, O2 Sensor Circuit High voltage Bank 1 Sensor 2.

Bank 1 is driver side (downstream)on the ISF based on the photo I found on the forum, is that right?

Minimum sensor voltage is off:
Test Value: 0.703V
Maximum limit is 0.214V

I ordered the replacement, I saw the video about pulling the carpet to get to the connector.

Anyone dealt with P0138 and resolved it?
I will take a look at the sensor and the wire to it, but with the connection plug not being easily accessible to test I will be replacing it very likely.

Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

The carpet is pretty thick in some areas and it could be challenging to get your hand in there, I suggest stuffing a tennis ball or hockey puck under the carpet where the sensor goes through the floor hole to give you little extra room.
You need deep O2 sensor socket size 22.
UPDATE:
I installed the oxygen sensor today, and yes, I can confirm, no need to do any extra work as far as removing the door sills etc.

I only remove the little panel underneath the dash which is held in place by two Phillips screws. You leave it in place hanging, just pull it lightly and turn it sideways:

Get the carpet out of the way to get to the connector, not too hard to get there:

^^^^ I placed a tennis ball to get some clearance. Definitely made the install of the new one’s easier when getting the plug back in from underneath.

Connector problem on the wiring harness side or the ECM. I'd be hoping for wiring myself.

Greatly appreciated, thank you for the suggestion, I will do some testing this weekend.

I will check it out, I used to have a conditioner before the tune, so I will see if everything looks legit. At least I know which connector it is :-)

I’m planning to also check the exhaust system for any leaks, the flanges on the driver side between the header and the exhaust looks little sketchy to me, I will smoke it, and maybe find something.

I have been also using some Lucas octane booster and driving the car pretty hard, but I believe it would probably affect both banks, if that was the culprit.

I am just hoping, it is not like a leaking fuel injector, fingers crossed.

UPDATE:
I replaced the upstream sensors, everything looks really good. Bank1 was mixing it way too rich based on the prior data stream catalytic converter readings. So the cell was all legit. All perfectly balanced for both banks now, the car drives even better, power is off the charts with the tune.
