Last week I lowered the top and heard a thud. I raised the top and it was only a pile of glass in the truck. I could not find any binding or objects that caused the issue. I have raised and lowered it and see no issues. The dealer says it is odd but sometimes safety glass just breaks. However, I am having trouble finding a place the replace the glass. Lexus does not do it and none of the local autoglass dealers do "hard top" glass. Has anyone ever had an issue like this or had their glass replaced?

Not sure, they just said that they don't do glass. It would not be a problem if I could go down the street and get it done but I am having trouble doing that. I will spend the afternoon on the phone trying to find someone to do it.

Ouch, I'd call your local insurance agent (NOT CORPORATE) and have them recommend a shop. Just don't file a claim until you have a quote.
