2013 IS350C Navigation Upgrade

Hi Guys,
I recently bought a Used 2013 IS350 Convertible.
Does anyone know how can I upgrade multimedia system software? ( Firmware, Map, Applications )

Some of the roads are not up to date.

You can get a disk from the dealership or online with updated maps and meta data. Last I saw it was between $250-300.

If you live in a rapidly developing area you might want it but I haven’t updated my 2010 yet.

I don't think you have the ability to upgrade the maps.. It's not DVD based, is it? I know mine is not.. I looked into the update and it was $300 and only the dealer can do it via USB. Easier for me to use my iphone for navigation.. If you find a way to do it, please share..

I believe Tom Dac is correct about the USB. I’m thinking of the SC430.

I think my 13 IS-350 shares the same Gen7 HDD based USB update Nav....

Last I looked my 2013 Gen7 had the following listed.
Update Navigation PT219-HDD07-16 (Master USB SST LEXD-HDD07-16)... Site shows $160

FWIW my local Toyota dealer said that can't do it. Only Lexus as it had something to do with what they can't see in the database. Anyway, they get the map on a USB stick and with the dealer purchase confirmed, receive a code to enter and complete the install. Well so I was told and that was 9mo ago.
