This is how I added one touch roof to my 2010 IS250C.

4 taps to open

4 taps to close, turn car off and lock the doors. Now I don't have to spend time closing my roof.

This does make it possible to lock my keys in the car. That's one draw back.

I used:
qty -module
4 -relays
2 -528T
2 -TR7

WOW. this is awesome.. Having the ability to do it with the key fob would be AWESOME too!!

 

For remote opening it would be easily done but you would need remote start.

For closing i understand that the remote is deactivated completely so thats a no go. Unless you add an aftermarket remote.
