Default IS250C Alignment Specified Ranges

I had my 2011 IS250C with 18" wheels aligned at two different Lexus dealerships. I notice the "Specified Ranges" are different in 14 categories. For example, the Front/Right Camber lists a range of -1.4º 0.2º at one dealership, but -0.9º 0.6 at the other dealership. Keep in mind, I'm not referring to the "Actual" and "Before" number - just the ranges that Lexus specifies.

Shouldn't both Lexus dealerships be using the same "Specified Ranges?" I'm wondering which one is correct. So, this is a two-part question:
1. Isn't there one set of "Specified Ranges" that all Lexus dealers should be using when they align the same car?
2. Assuming the answer is "yes" does anyone know where I can view the correct specs so I know which dealership is using correct information?
Thanks
Paul
