Howdy; I decided that the steering wheel, for long drives, is pretty uncomfortable. But, at stores, it seems like they only sell this one size 14.5 to 15.5", which is too big. The Lexus steering wheel is more like 13.5 to 14.5".

Suggestions for a softer feel cover? Maybe one that wraps?

I found a couple, so I'm good. The pain is that most retail places sell 14.5 to 15.5" size, which is too big for the IS. But, with some digging, I found a couple that would work at Amazon an Wheelskins.
