I was thinking about changing my rear out and get the ISF rear with exhaust tips. Does anyone know if this will work? And to any of those photoshop experts out there -can hook me up with a visual. I have a blk isc f sport edition.

 

Even IF the rear bumper is a direct swap, you're gonna need to get rid of your exhaust tips.

IMO I would not do it would look just tacky.
There is plenty of aftermarket kits out there that look better for the isc.
Aimgen,toms ect...
