i might have to try and go through the bottom instead if seeing the wires bother me enough.

I still see some wire with my setup but it doesn't bother me. However, I know some people probably are more aesthetically particular than I am.

I also picked up a BlendMount and mirror tap for my Radenso. If you go with the BlendMount you might want to buy a few link extensions to make sure the radar detector gets pushed forward and down far enough, especially if you go with a fitcam. I need to buy at least one more link. Other than that I'm quite happy with the setup.

I was looking to do this setup as well. Is there anything special you had to do to mirror tap the fitcam and radar detector?

Check this too. I have the Escort direct wire smartcord back to the fuse box as well as the FitCamX. I ran the rear cable/camera to the brake light cover. This allows me to utilize the shade screen without issue.

I have the FitcamX on RC, I know it adds an adapter that plugs into the factory harness spot to power the dashcam. Did you mirror tap your radar detector as well even with the Fitcam?
