Looks like I'm a bit late to the game. Prices for these are crazy! more than MSRP for used! 5K-20K mark ups for new! Yes one dealership said 20k and asked if "are you adding this to your collection?" LOL.

I did tell a few dealers to lmk if they are going to sell at MSRP but I doubt it. I guess I can overpay for it, but nah...

Youre not late. Plenty of used still for sale between $50-60k.

If you're looking for a new, non UE, yes, you've probably missed your chance unless you find one of the ones still in transit that someone backed out of. And in that case, you're likely looking at a market adjustment, or an equal amount of dealer add on's -- think $5K ceramic coatings.

At this point, why not look at low mileage used examples? Lexus (and to a lesser extent Toyota) dealerships "know what they have" and are asking what is basically MSRP for low mileage examples. CarMax, Carvana and non Lexus dealers are a lot more reasonable. Be fast though, these things get reserved or someone puts a deposit down within hours of being posted for sale.

I'm on the hunt too, good luck

I'm in CA and I don't see any cars listed for 50-60k with under 20k miles (which I know these cars are super reliable but I just want to keep it at most 20k miles) within a 1000 mile radius. i'll keep looking so we will see!

Where are you looking? Carmax has a 2024 with 3K in CA -- it's reserved, but you can sign up for notifications if the deal falls through.

I hit Cars.com, Autotrader, Edmunds, Carmax, and Carvana multiple times a day. You have to be quick, i missed a 2024 on carvana -- wasn't there in the morning, was pending sale hours later.

I didn’t yet. I have the white/red one with 12k shipping here. I’d eat the shipping if one of the lower mileage ones free up before it gets here.

Not believing the $60,815 MSRP. Chantilly, VA Lexus is actually where I had my car shipped up from.

I'm seeing several in my area for MSRP. You could have it shipped to you in CA.

Seeing listings? Or actually confirming they are available? Because I went about 750 miles from Charlotte, and all but one listing was spoken for -- many are in transit with a deposit down. The only truly new one I found was listed at MSRP, and had $8000 of non-negotiable add ons. Despite not even having the car yet, they wouldn't not install the add ons

$5000 for ceramic coating is a complete crime.

Gambling
Donating to a political party
5 of the 55 gallon-tub of lube on Amazon Prime Day

would all be better uses of $5000.

And this is a dealer installed ceramic coating, so guessing on par with what my 12 year old could do.

If you really want one before they're gone, $1.5-2K shipping costs are better than $5-20k mark-ups.

^^ This!!! If a person is really wanting them and you can get it at MSRP (and new) and you can't justify the shipping cost, then you don't really want one because one way or the other, you will pay in a lot worse dealer adjustments and such! I am so happy I got both of mine with great offers/deals when I read these stories.
