Lexus is500 ultimate edition
^^ *LMAO* I'll leave it to you for coming up with a positive spin on the UE! See, it ain't that bad
Don't be too critical of the new design in case they decide to pull your invitation (HA HA HA) - Just kidding!

I do like the new interior better, but did you see The Straight Pipes review from 3 days ago with the laggy digital tachometer? That's pretty bad. Hopefully a software update can fix that.
Lexus is really trying to push the new model. I've been seeing 25+ in inventory at most dealership. I never saw that with the 2021-2025 model. Those are like their SUV numbers. I am glad it is giving new life to sedans at least. The world needs that.

I like the new interior as a whole, and maybe I'd get over the laggy tach. It just seems like an unnecessary regression. We're using newer tech which should, in theory, be faster and smoother, yet it isn't.
Yes, that was perhaps my post. I have the Modern spare which fits over the UE's front brakes. And sits in the trunk flush like the other non-UE spares. But I understand not wanting to spend the money.
Honestly, if I were to get a flat, I'd probably call for a AAA flatbed. But I like having the option of a spare.

I hear you about having the option. Too funny (and true) about calling aaa anyways lol
^^ Great looking car and I love that no one is parked next to you!!! Do you find that when you look at the car in person, you are like "man it looks good so I will take a pic" and then you look at the pic and are like "but it looked so much better to the naked eyes"?! I think for me, the black wheel creates that effect. The details are easily visible in person but in pic, it is just a black dome.
Shockingly, I was really hoping the wheels on the UE were not the matte finish (glossy instead) but after owning and cleaning the car, I much prefer the matte finish now. Mind you I am still extra careful and use some special products on them, but I love that finish in person

It's really hard to fully capture Wind on camera. You have to see it in person to soak it all in.

took this photo at about 700 miles. The front wheels almost look bronze haha
and here’s from today after a good clean. You can tell it’s black! lol
This would drive me insane. I’d end up washing the car more than once a week at that rate! 😜🤦🏽♂️
People complain about the dust on the 2025’s and earlier, but I haven’t seen this much. I hardly had any myself and it’s nonexistent after the ceramic pads were installed.
