In the U.S., the power shade is only on the FSport Performance Premium spec, not the base Performance spec. (Good luck finding one of those!) 😎
I remember when the 500 was first announced the base model was exactly what I wanted lol. I think the MSRP was only $58,700 and I really didn't care for all the extra stuff in the Premium trim. My endless searches on Autotrader and other sites made me realize the base model was off the charts rare. I think I remember @Benibiker1558 saying he saw one on a dealer lot in Hawaii.
One of those strange Toyota decisions that just doesn't make sense to me. It would be interesting to see how many base models they actually made. I bet it's less than 50.

I see. We only have 1 model in Canada and when I got mine in 23, it didn’t have any option to add a power rear sunshade. I totally agree with making both Canada and US the same for the UE.

Right! Remember when Motoman was honestly shocked at that price? After all these years I’ve only seen the base once in person. Funny thing, the screen is so small your brain tells you something is very off with that car. 😜
The UE does not appear to come with a spare tire. It does, however, have a puncture repair kit as per the PDF specifications of the Japanese Climax Edition.
^^ It sucks but we were expecting this to be the case - A function of the bigger calipers. It I get the UE, I may try and buy one anyway because it would still work on the rear wheels so that would take care of 50% of the problem

Also I think not until 24 that Canada have power tilt and telescope steering on the 500, but we get headlight washers LMAO
Just throwing it out there that the mark ups are starting to happen on these. A dealership in So Cal pre-sold an Ultimate Edition with a dealer markup of 15k over MSRP.

Oh no! They should just change it to ULTIMATE MARKUP EDITION to make it clearer for the buyers. 😆
