Default 2024 IS500 Missing Part?

Quick question friends, please. I Just bought a brand new 2024 IS500 in Ultra White (Storm Trooper style) and I am absolutely loving that thing! But, I’ve noticed the model year 2023 and earlier models, have an small but very noticeable radiator sandwiched between the big, main radiator and just behind the grill. It is located on the left side. From a front outside viewer perspective. I understand that part might be a trans cooler, right?. The thing is, looking through the grill, I failed to see such part in my IS500 2024 model year. Friends, do you know if in addition to the side mirrors chrome, Lexus also deleted that extra radiator for model year 2024?

Those were just in pre-production models and never actually made to production as I understand it. My 2023 doesn't have it.

Cooler Gone

Right off the bat you can see it's gone on production models on the link above. See post #5.

It was a transmission cooler. It can still be installed after the fact, if you want it! There are aftermarket options, as well, which should be more affordable and maybe more effective.

Thank you, and well, not sure if such mod could compromise the car warranty… moreover, I don’t see myself on the track too often 😅

the pre-production model's transmission cooler are all available parts from Toyota/Lexus, I think some guy on here research into it and figured out what parts was needed, I think the trans cooler is an option in JDM model.

these are all facts. but for the same price, the aftermarket fabricates a bigger and better coolers for the same price or a little cheaper then the oem.
