The issue is inner tire wear. This is common on the IS and is fixed by getting new Lower Control Arm (LCA Bushings). You can buy OEM RCF LCA's or you can buy aftermarket ones from RR Racing or FIGS (I've heard better things from FIGS).
That is an issue with the IS but this is more severe than just the inner tire wear issue.
After I got my 2016 IS200T I swapped the rims via dealer (Park Place).
Year of purchase: 2019
Within a year the tires wore out I thought no biggie and replaced em.
They wore out. Replaced em again.
Now I'm on my third set and even after wheel balancing this happened after 14,000.00 miles from third set fresh (third set put on at 65000 and I've attached notes taken by dealer at 65000). Current miles at 69000.
I do not drive aggressively or race my car. I heard some conversations about control arm.
WOw, mine is not that bad, you guys drive like this? That long? My front is worn both inner and outer but not much and I felt the car wobbling, I replaced RRACING LCA for months now and it seems to fix the issue. the RRACING LCA makes me Lexus RC350 feel like driving an M2 BMW M-performance.
This issue did not happen with my IS350 3rd gen, I'm trying to figure out how and why this happened on my RC350 but not IS350.
