The inner edge of the tire in the first photo looks pretty bad.

If you have access to the tires, I would suggest doing the "penny test". Of course, a $3 tread depth gauge from Wal-Mart will tell you with a little more precision how much tread depth you have left.

Having said that, even in a photo I can tell the inner edge of the tire is almost bald. I wouldn't use them if I were you.

A tire is only as good as the lowest tread on it. That tire is not useable. In dry weather you might be ok for a bit but water doesn’t have any path to escape thru.

very strong wear. i would toss those in the garbage or only use it to roll the car around on the grass in the back yard

I picked up a second set of OEMs for summer that came with original tires that looked like that. I used them for months until winter hit and I put my winters when the cord showed and the TPMS came on.

If you flip them, you will be able to get through the summer but it's a bandaid solution.

But like everyone else said, those tires are done

It also depends on manufacture date. Some tires with excellent tread might by a few years old, this can make them deceptively unsafe.

True, but in this case, I don't think a low age would save the tires in the photos.
